Line not working since 24/11/2017

Ok so we all know telkom’s service is pathetic but the fact thatbthe keep on saying your line will be up and working within 2 days is bull**** so I work from home and can’t get anything done so I kept on calling everyday since my the 24th and nothing has been done to solve this problem and if you ask what the problem is in our area they simply say they don’t know I mean you are paying for a service but nothing is being done about this everyday that I’m sitting without internet connection is money I’m losing and it’s not just me but businesses in my area as well!! It’s damn frustrating when is the actual turn around time on this problem and what the hell is the problem in the area!!!
