Line not working
<p>I logged on behalf of my elderly grandparents for their line not working. I logged this call in September 2016, all I have been getting is this message saying " Dear customer, this is a progress update from Telkom SA fault 180CTZ080916 , Your fault is with our technical repair division" I HAVE BEEN GETTING THIS SMS FOREVER and no one has bothered contacting me. My grandparents are really old and a landline is the only way they can communicate telephonically. One consultant suggested a wireless phone to make it easier, who is supposed to pay extra money for a wireless phone? On top of that the nearest Telkom store closest to us is The Grove Mall in Pretoria, but they dont have "landlines". This is ridiculous!</p>

As per our email correspondence, the fault has been caused by cable theft.
A escalation has been sent to management for a progress update and a possible estimated time of repair.
