Line not installed
I paid someone to be at my place when Telkom arrived to install a new line. I also left two notices asking that the technician come as early as possible. They finally arrived at 2pm, and said they never got the messages. Then they said the can't install the line because they don't have a ladder. I need this line! I'm paying for it! When am I going to get I???
