Line not fixed in 3 Weeks still waiting
<p>After logging a call with Telkom to get my line repaired it is still not repaired after 3 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Call 187ATK210217 was logged on the 22nd of February 2017, Technician only arrive 1 week after informing me that they need to replace the cable, this has yet to be completed. Currently I'm unable to do remote support from home and have to travel to all my remote locations. This is hampering my daily activities and costing me money.</p> <p> </p>
So its been 4 weeks now with no resolution.

So 5 weeks now, still the issue has not been resolved. Even sent a picture to proof that the issue still persists.
