Line move to another service provider
<p>I have been waiting since 17 August to get my dsl line moved to the holding pool. Followed telkom protocol and nothing. Been escalating since day 20 but nothing. Get promises from the online guys and nothing happens. And today they tell me there is no orders open and I should login to the physical line move site and ask for the line to be moved.???????</p> <p> </p> <p>if I send the forms again they might just do the same thing again so if you have choice stay as far away from telkom as possible.</p>

04 Nov 2016, 13:13I have spoken to telkom and finally the line is moved and with Afrihost. Thank you very much I still feel 3 months is a long time but the service I got from the telkom representative was very good and she kept me informed until the line was in the holding pool.
