Line move scheduled and never installed

I have made about 10 calls to telkom in regards to this Spending more then R400 on my cellphone bill extra and i am still waiting for their technicians to come and move my line that i have app**** for more then a month ago.I was told it would be moved yesterday (02/10/2017),but no one pitched up,and i didnt even get notified that they would not make it.I took off work to be at home for them to install the line,and no Pitch.I am so tired of the bad service from telkom.I have also sent multiple emails to their sales department for them to call me back an i haven't received a call yet.I will never recommend telkom to anyone in my life.

Sort this problem out,before you lose all of your clients.
