Line migration nightmare

I app**** for a line migration and the line in my old house was deactivated on the 4th of July. In order to complete the order, they had to cancel my account, according to a Telkom sales rep. I then realised that the address was incorrect, I then got upset as I deliberately told them the address is 743 and not 742. I then had to wait for either 7 or 14 working days, again according to a Telkom sales rep. Take note that in between this waiting period, I've asked what the location of the installation was and again it keeps coming back as 742. Pathetic to say the least. A few days and phone calls later I foolow up only to hear my lines were ******, but I had no line installed yet. So the lines had to be placed again before my order can be continued. I phoned a day later and then I heard from a different Telkom sales rep that my ADSL coverage is poor in my new area. This is ridiculous as I told them I just need a line, the Data and Internet I'll get from MWeb. Regardless, it's still a line and there is no "coverage" with regards to a line vs radio/signal. Then I heard that everything is sorted, but my account is in arrears. After a hefty conversation of why my debit order was cancelled without my knowledge later, I paid the amount. 48 hours later I phoned again as the payment would've cleared by then, only to hear that my order was cancelled. I didn't cancel it myself, I was following up every single day and then some sales rep cancelled my order. I then phoned again yesterday (20th July) and a new order had been placed. I asked how to go about it being cancelled because I will not be waiting from scratch again and was told that it will be escalated. After the call placing the order and me explicitly explaining what the address was and mentioning that it needs to be 743, I get the confirmation SMS giving me the details. Lo and behold, the address is 742...again. Pathetic service, pathetic assistance and complete lack of urgency. You're more than welcome to check up on my order numbers.

Old Order Number that was cancelled because who knows why: ********** 59A.

Escalation for order number: 991478.

New Order Number which I will not wait another week for: ********** 62A.

Escalation for order number: 993902.
