Line Migration

<p>on the 10th of this month i recieved an e-mail from you people that my line is ready for migration. I Have contacted my new ISP as i was forced to move over to them in the first place due to YOUR extremley bad and rude service and all the overcharging. I Sent through all the relevant paperwork, but still my new isp is unable to take over the line due to it being "Not feasible other operator Active" When will you people ever do anything right? is this due to you being a monopoly and just dont give a **** about your customers? or are you just unable to do the jobs you where hired for?!?!?!? Put my line in the Holding pool!!! the number is ********** 020. do your jobs for once.</p>
