Line Messed Up By Technicians who LIE!

Query logged for my landline that cannot make or receive calls, my adsl was working fine. A Technician calls me and tells me he is scheduled to work on my line. I inform him that I'm at work and i will be available on Sat morning.

Just after speaking to him, my internet connection also goes down because he clearly did something on my line which was not the problem to begin with. I use my internet for work purposes, i had to drive back to the office at night to go and finish my work because of this.

I call him the next day to explain what happened, he then tells me that HIS SUPERVISOR HAS INFORMED HIM THAT A CABLE WAS ****** IN MY AREA. I then call your help line and no one knows of any cable that was ****** as this should have should on the system. So he **** to me to avoid fixing the mess that he did on my internet line.

I hope my internet is fixed before Saturday as this does not require him to be at my premises. Since it didn't require him to be at my premises to mess it up. He will come on Saturday to fix my original issue.

I NEED MY INTERNET UP ASAP!
