Line issues for a week
Hi Telkom<br> <br> A technician came to move my line from my last residence to my new residence. After installing it the line was not functioning properly it was only getting 0.2Mb-0.5Mb as well as packet loss which made the service unusable. The technician said it was a fault at the exchange and that it would be repaired the following day. Nothing ever came of it and the line went down and it's not even syncing anymore. I urgently need this service for work.
