Line is still active!!
After complaining, phoning, going to the branch we can still not get our Telkom line cancelled. This is beyond frustrating! How do you cancel a line? Have been trying to since July 2015. It is now December and every time you phone they ask you to resend the paperwork!! <br> <br> Please get the line cancelled!!!!!! <br> <br> \Please be assured that this matter has been escalated to our Accounts Team
