Line is dead

<p>On the 12/04/2017 I reported that my telephone and internet line is dead . They said they will send a technition out to my house but I am still waiting. On the 19/04/2017 i phone Telkom again they said they make it urgent still waiting. Ref no 526CTK120417</p>
