Line Installation Cancelled
<p>I requested and app**** for a fixed line. They told me two weeks. I waited. I received an sms saying they coming on the 5th Sept. I contacted them on teh 5th, they told me to wait. At 16h27 I received an sms saying a technician has been dispatched. Never arrived.</p> <p>Today I contact them, they say it was cancelled. I must reapply and wait another 2 weeks. Agent cut me off</p> <p>Order number ********** 17</p>

And straight back down to zero. The chap who arrived so quickly, decided it couldnt be done, gave us some technical story, walked out and now nobody knows whats going on. We sit and wait and nobody in the call centre can help.....
