Line Installation

Went to the Canal Walk branch to apply for a line and adsl service at the beginning of November and was informed that it would take 3 weeks before the line would be installed at my residence. At the end on November i went in to The canal walk branch again to find out when my line would be installed and got told that my application has not been processed yet. I completed a complain/request form in store and was informed that it would take a week to get a response. It is now the end of December I still have not received any form sms or call regarding when the line will be installed.
