LINE INCORRECTLY CANCELLED

Yesterday for no apparent reason my cell line was cancelled???<br> Since last evening I have spent over 4 hours on the phone to the call centre and spoken to no less than 8 Telkom staff that have promised to call me back without a single call.<br> I have been without my cell now for more than a DAY due to a Telkom error and NOBODY at TELKOM seems to give a damn. I use my cell for business and clients cannot contact me and I cannot contact them!!!<br> Imagine being without your cell for a whole day and withe the long weekend upon us I am guessing I will be without it until Tuesday. The incompetence and blatant stupidity of the staff coupled with the clear lack of customer care is appalling. I have spoken to call centre agents and supervisors/managers Sifiso, Lutenda, Bongani, Portia and Terence Puckree to mention but a few, none of which have returned calls when they promised to. HOW ON EARTH can a company like Telkom \ACCIDENTALLY\" cancel a line and then not RECTIFY IT IMMEDIATELY WHEN THEY ARE TOLD OF THE ERROR!!!!! <br> I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER EVER USE TELKOM AGAIN!!!!<br> "
