Line has not been repaired for 5 days

My telephone line has been out of service since the 24th April 2018, have a call on that same morning and still not have been fixed. I have phoned the service desk everyday since then and no one can give me an indication as to when the issue will resolved, all they can say been sent to the technicians. No timeline had been given or can be seen by your service desk. This is such bad service that it’s unbelievable that a Telkom cannot get service right or cannot provide you with meaningful information.
