Line fixed but still lying on the gound?
I reported my Telkom Landline on Friday 27 November 2015 because it is completely dead and I have noticed that the line is not connected to the pole thus it is hanging loose and requires re connection Reference no 464CTZ271115. On Tuesday evening 1 December 2015 I receive an sms stating the following

Dear Customer your report reference 464CTZ271115 was restored. If the problem still exists please contact Telkom on 10210 for Residential or 10217 for Business Services. Alternatively use [URL Removed] Please do not reply to this SMS. Telkom

How on earth can this be restored if there was NO technician near my home, or even a phone call asking what the problem is? The line is still dead and it remains disconnected from the pole. So this morning I had to report it again. Reference no 11CTZ021215

Can someone please address this issue and give relevant feedback, as I fail to see how services can just be restored without even attending to the site. We pay our bill on time very month but yet I am disrespected as a customer.

Awaiting an update a.s.a.p
