Line faulty within 20 days of install after waiting 2 months - no phone or internet - no technician

Waited 2 months for install with many missed appointments by openserve, Finally get line installed, now phone line is faulty after 20 days and have no internet or phone. Reported fault last week still no technician has come, meanwhile i have paid the full Telkom account.
