Line down more often than it is up!!!

<p>Last month, my ADSL line was down for three weeks before it finally got repaired. then it was up for a week, and has now gone down, yet again. I logged this on 02/03. Three weeks later, still nothing. I call them daily for updates, I escalate, the call gets bounced from one technician to another to another and NOTHING gets done. They never call you back when they tell you they will, They just could not care less!!!</p>
