Line down for long time and we a business
Hi there<br> <br> Our line has been down for a very long time. Many of our customers complain as they can't get hold of us so please can you look into this ASAP. Fault ref 421ctz010316 and 238ctz070316. We are busy looking into alternatives as we cannot have our phones out of order for even a week. This is pathetic that Telkom takes this long to solve the issue and for now I don't care what you do just fix it ASAP or we would have to take Action.
