Line down for 12 days now, no repair. They just don't care.

My internet and telephone line has been down since 28/10/2017. When you call technical support they just say they are busy / no technician assigned / fault is with cable department. I mean it's completely ridiculous. No wonder their overall rating is 1 star. I've had loss of income potential income etc. Does it really take a month to fix a problem on a line? We pay but receive no service not even repair service. What are the technicians doing all day?
