Line down and paying

<p>telkom Adsl line intermittent connection during January, nice, get called to check that everything is working - nice. February and day 3 with no connections after logging calls. So now I'm paying line rental and data that I can't use. The sad thing is that there is no alternative, no competition, nothing! So much for the competition commission and fare usage. Telekoms in this country is useless and Sonia telkom BTW posting this from 3G as telkom is totally in competent, really.... a month later and service worse?</p>
