Line down again Telkom servive unreliable

Continued unreliable service on my Telkom adsl line .Currently line very noisy and unable to use.<br> This is also causing slow response on the ADSL service<br> We are paying for a service which we are unable to use<br> Telkom tech called yesterday confirming line would be repaired and nobody attended to service<br>
