My ADSL line went down....i reported it two days ago....i phoned on the third day to find out what's happening only to be told that it has been handed over to a technician but they don't know when they will come out to repair it....it took them basically two days to intall the new line....now I was informed that it can take 7 to 14 working days to repair...go figure
