Line disconnected yet payments were made and *********** staff

I’m damn fed up with Telkom —- I hope no one ever takes contract with them ,their staff so *********** .My phone has been disconnected because on non payment yet I have made payments -when I call their staff they give me different stories and promise my account to be restored within 24 hours it been a full week my line has not been restored .My outgoing and incoming calls disconnected yet I don’t owe them .Their systems is has not updated collections about the debit orders they took on the 25th. .I am done and I will make sure no friend or family of mine ever uses Telkom and their in competencies ! Name of one of the girls that alone now we with me over the phone is Sanelisiwe Mlangeni .
