Line disconnected even after Telkom received the money

<p>I had my line disconnected on the 10 July my other number is working the ********** 988 is not working still says emergency calls only. TELKOM agents are stupid and so are the managers they not even technically s****ed.I spoke to Sphesihle Mdlalose she's rude as he'll was arguing with me didn't want me to speak to the manager eventually after holding for an hour she decided to get her.Sibongile is stupid Also had no clue what she's talking about she's asking me about the apps if they are working, like where do apps and the network go together. I'M ****ed with mf TELKOM and they lie saying there's someone who will get in touch with you when that's not going to happen. I'm going to cancelled my service with these mf.</p>
