Line dead again - still begging for service!!!!

I reported our phone is dead on Thursday 29 September. The technician told me that there is a problem with a cable in the area. Nothing has been fixed so we sit without a landline yet again!!!!!! This is the second time in two weeks!!!!!! Ticket no. ***6
