Line Cut but payments has been made

My grandmothers phone has been cut since beginning of lockdown she is unable to receive and make calls.

She has been making payment, please see attached POP. I await your urgent response in this regard.

She is elderly and sickly, many of her family is far away and this is the only way she can communicate with her family.

Kindly advise on as TAT for having the attached and above resolved.
