Line cancelled in Nov 2020 still active in Feb 2021

On the 30th Nov 2020 I cancelled my telkom adsl online and uploaded the supporting documents. End of December the debit order was still active. I phoned Telkom and they said it was still active, so I emailed them my documents again. Now I find it is still not cancelled.
