Line cancelled

So my line has been cancelled without notice no email, no phone call, i called the technical department on the the 1 August 2021 and logged a fault 19bwk010821 and was not informed that it was cancelled on the day i still have not gotten a call from technical to advise me of the line being cancelled i have found this out the hard way but now i am being past from pillar to post to get this re-instated, thank you helkom you really living up to the name, even though i have not missed one payment now i am having to sit without internet for a solid week now.
