Line cancelled before the time

Telkom How does one get service restore to a line that was cancelled before it was supposed to? On 18 September 2017 I submitted Services cancellation form, and since the form did not have an area for cancellation date, I included this information in the body of the email. On 19 October 2017 I receive a SMS telling me that my service has been cancelled, even though on your form there is a note stating: NOTE: A service consultant will contact you to verify the information provided and/or confirm cancellation/retention option available. I contacted the social media team on 19 October 2017, and they said that they would reverse the cancellation. I was only able to check my connection on 21 October 2017 at about 17:00 and it was not working. After contacting the Service Desk, I was told that my line was cancelled and that I must contact Sales, but since they were closed for the day, I could contact them tomorrow (Sunday 22 October 2017) between 08:00 and 13:00, which I discovered is not possible, as they do not work on Sundays. While we on this topic of Sales, it would be useful if you IVR alerts you to this fact initially instead of making you go through 3 or 4 selections to then only be told that it is outside of operating hours. Back to the cancelled line problem. I then contacted the Social Media team yesterday as well as the Service Desk, and the Service Desk insists that my line is cancelled, while the Social Media team says that it is active, but I am still sitting without an active line. When I asked the Service Desk consultant if they could chat to the Social Media team to try to correct the problem between them I was told very rudely that they am the Service Desk, and they can't go speak to the Social Media team. Do you have two different systems for your different divisions? End result, I still do not have a working line, and I am still awaiting a response from the Social Media team as to what's happening with my problem. With this level of service, I'm beginning to think that I should change my ranking of ISPs, and move you from my top spot to the bottom with MTN South Africa
