Line canceled without permission

A week after having my adsl line reactivated the line randomly was cancelled on the 18 of April without my permission , i want to know who authorised this and why this was done . I would also like my line reactivated.

If this cannot be done, before the end of this week I will be cancelling all Telkom related products that I am using. IF you do not want my money just let me know .
