LIne Broken and got told its fixed
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i have had a line issue ever since i downgraded my line from 8 meg to 4 meg upload speed is slower have a **** load of noise on upload only, this is obviously a fault with the exchange also tried to upgrade to 8 meg agan after 3 months of having it downgraded and now being told i cant fix my line and upgrade my line asap</p>
Still my line is not fixed and the people put the phone down in my ear whilst i talk, technicians has been at my house twice now and established that the issue is not at my house so why do they keep coming to my house where there has been established the issue is not.
I am utterly dissapointed in your service it has downgraded faster than the copper network. maybe ISPA or ICASA should be contacted from my side then something will happen right???

And now my line is completely dead since 4 this morning what a improvement that is from extremely slow and alot of noise to nothing wonderful service this is, fix my line.

Still not fixed this is rediculous all that happens is i get a call and nothing is said then after a few moments i get a sms that its resolved so in other word a telkom technician is so ****ing stupid that if he thinks he can call me my adsl will be fine
get someone to fix my line i am gettting really ****ing frustrated and i am going to talk to a laywer this time as i am losing business because of this so either fix it or pay me the cash i am losing by not being able to work
