Line being used by another party

On checking my account I see there are faxes sent from my number. As I do not have a fax machine it is impossible for me to have sent a fax. I would like Telkom to explain to me who else is using my line. On my latest account the same number shows no less than 43 times on the account. Who is **********ly using my line
