Line and ADSL installation at my new house

Hi<br> <br> 3 weeks ago I was helped by Bongi from the Telkom store in Bayside Shopping center who was extremely helpful and assisted me in applying for a Telkom line with an ADSL package. I was told i that the availability of the ADSL speed would be 20mb/s and that the line installation would take around 3 weeks. I was supp**** with a Ref ***. Its now approaching 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything further. I had someone from Telkom call me once to ask for the ERF number of the house from which i then gave it to them. Can someone please investigate this and get back to me as Im in dire need as I run my business from home and the internet is extremely important to me. <br> <br> Thanks
