line/adsl down for 3 weeks, broken line and they wont fix. still charing me

<p>Telkom line has been up and down since Jan, 3rd time now offine for 3 weeks. ADSL unusable. Phoning everyday and they say technitian will call. never calls. never fix the broken wire outside. Entire street has the same issue. they also make sure its as hard as possable to cancel the non working service so you keep on paying R1500 a month. totall useless. phone number ********** </p>
