Linda the assistant manager a.k.a the guy that doesn't do his work

Just another company with false promises and so called ''managers'' that do not do their job. We placed an order with telkom for a new ADSL line. They sent me an sms saying they will come and install the line on Monday 20 March 2018. After taking leave, the sent another sms saying they will com the 9th of April 2018. I tried calling and getting answers. Spoke to 2 managers 1. Tapelo Matamela and 2. An Assistant manager called Linda (Male) he promised to get back to me after an hour we spoke. 2 hours 5 min later he didn't call. I call him again, they put me through and the call ''miraculously'' dropped. He knew i was looking for him, but never called back. Linda you give Telkom a bad name, you do not do your job and you are affraid to face the clients if they want to follow up.
