Good day i need my bill rectified, i made a manual payment on the 20th of may and telkom decided to debit me on the 23rd of may, i reversed that payment now u guys are charging me R202. 70 for a payment rejection when i had paid u guys. I will not pay thatt R202.70. It would have been a didferent story if i did not make a payment at all. I want it rectified as soon as possible.

07 Jun 2021, 08:27You have every right to change me if i missed the payment fully. But u have no right to charge me to reverse a debit that belongs to me. Its my money i reversed. I cannot wait to get away from telkom. You do not deserve business with your ****py network
