Like a poor child rising above expectations!!!!

I have to take my hat off for Telkom Mobile and the progress they have made as a business towards customer service. The turn around time is really fast and they do give you value for your money and when you complain they do fix your problem as soon as possible. I had a problem sunday morning and the network was down. When it came back on my internet was off. I called 180 and was assisted by a very clever consultant. She fixed my router at the same time. She stayed in the line and assisted me through the whole process. So many people have good experiences with Telkom but the only thing you read today is bad. I have to say that ever since I'm with telkom mobile the service is great. Cannot ask for better service.
