Lights are on but nobody is home

<p>I attempted to sign up for a contract at the Telkom Shelly Beach (KZN) store and was advised that their systems have been down for nearly a week. So one of the 2 staff who were present in the store recommended that I phone them daily to find out when their systems will be up again. I have now tried for the last 4 days, but nobody has bothered answering my calls. So I beg to ask what are these 2 staff members doing? Cant imagine that the shareholders of Telkom would be happy paying rent, utilities and staff costs with no hope of any income for the past week as their systems have been down. </p>
