Lightning damage on cell tower left unattended

Telkom service is terrible. Lightning damaged a cell tower near Kameelfontein/Beyne****rt more than a month ago. I reported this and have a case nr and all. The call centre refuses to give contact details of the service department. They acknowledge that the tower is down and is worked on. My business is dependand on good coverage. I have 4 Telkom contracts (R 3000/month). I switched to Telkom because the coverage was good then. TELKOM PLEASE FIX THIS. My case nr ********** 4
