Lift suspension

Unhappy with the service Im receiving, we paid overdue account on Fibre and we being taken pillar to post to get internet working/suspension lifted, endless calls that cost money.. Pogisho (agent) tried, Terrence left me hanging.. Ayanda said there's system issues, is there one person that knows what to do?
