Life line cut

My mother is a Lady of 100 years old and Telkom has cut her life live off due to arrears I am her daughter who wants to help so we started paying what we could afford and they handed her over to collectors I think some woman phone us and wanted to talk to my mother and I informed her that she was sleeping they refused to talk to me how pathetic they insisted on talking to her I told them how would you like it if someone treated your mother of that age like that,there was no answer up until now no one has called again and if the account is handed over I refuse to pay any cost or reconnection fees and if Telkom had any decency they would have spoken to me an made arrangements and reconnected the phone but why worry just cut her off it did not matter to them that she had no life line just give us our money this is a disgrace to say the least
