Lies used to get contract signed. Goods not given.

I purchased a Huawei Mate 10 Pro that is supposed to come with a smar****ch. I was assured by the sales agent (who double checked with his manager several times and was told there was no stock of the phone OR watch but they would definitely receive stock of both. I was called a few weeks later in January (but I called every few days to confirm that both the phone AND watch would be coming) and told that stock had arrived. Upon my visit to the store in Centurion Mall I was given a phone but told all of a sudden that they might not ever get stock of the smar****ch and that it was "while stocks last" but then why would the sales agent AND the manager confirm several times that the smar****ch would also be coming back into stock. Because I had already signed and agreed to the phone and now they change their mind? I understand while stocks last but I was ASSURED SEVERAL TIMES that they would definitely receive new stock. This is very immoral, the smar****ch was the deciding factor to choose the Huawei model over the Iphone 8 plus on this R1299 per month contract I have. I expect to receive my smar****ch or compensation to buy my own as I was assured they would have stock and the store used that basis to ensure I signed for that phone.

You cannot use false pretenses to get a customer to sign a contract.
