LIES , ******* AND INCOMPETENCE

I am being billed for 2 x Showmax subscriptions on 1 line rental... which is ridiculous... in addition.... i'm being over billed as i signed up when there was a promo for R69 per month.. incl VAT since March 2018....i have called in numerous occasions no luck. I have the screenshot of the promo and yet i get billed at the normal rate. Fix this NOW
