LIES!!!! No product knowledge!!

I spoke to Ntombi and required assistance for the uncapped LTE. Everytime I ****ing phone Telkom they put me on hold. I demand that I get the uncapped LTE as I have tried a number of times to upgrade and your useless agents keep ****ing up. Silindile today told me that I cannot get updgraded. ***!!! Honestly are they just there for the money??? Or is everyone hiring their brothers and sisters who dont know ****?? Seriously poor. If only there was another service provider....
