Lies, Lies, Lies and more lies!!!!

<p>So it starts at Telkom at Westgate. I wanted 2 Sony's. </p> <p>Sales person tries to sell me something else. I tell I did my homework and this is what I want. I get promised a call later that day which was a Sunday 19th June 2016. I already have a device with telkom but anyway according to her I had to do a new application......wow!</p> <p> </p> <p>Come the 20th still no call so I call the call centre after over a hour doing a second application the agent realizes that she had my ID number incorrect and we did not have to do this long process. And asks if I can send her a email on Tuesday to remind her to follow up on this. </p> <p>Tuesday comes 4 e-mails sent to the agent no responds what so ever and Tuesday goes. Now I have to call again keeping in mind that every time you call it will be a min of 1hour spent on a call. Then I am told that still no feedback I should hold on.</p> <p>Wednesday I call speak to a gentleman and he says there is no order placed so he did it and told me that the only issue is that they cannot send 2 devices at the same time so the 2nd device will only come 3 days after the 1st. </p> <p> </p> <p>So I'm expecting my 1st device on Monday, no luck it arrives on Tuesday. Then I patiently wait for Thursday, no phone. Friday I have to call again...the pain of holding on...</p> <p> </p> <p>So I speak to a guy who now says the 2nd phone was not ordered. 1st because they do not have that colour then he changes his story to there is no way you can order 2 devices at the same time. Currently on hold 1hr 20mins apparently the supervisors are in a meeting and he can’t tell me who helped me with the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>And to top it off the guy said both devices have being processed. I gave my wife the go-ahead to cancel her contract and she is expecting her new device. That is not ordered or dont have the colour or I dont know what because it's just all lies ...no honosty in this place....</p>
