Lies, Lies, Lies!!!!

<p>Firstly, I app**** for a line rental and Telkom lost my application 4 times! Finally 3 weeks later after a back and forth I finally get the landline installed. I contacted my ISP and they had informed me that the process takes 7 working days for Telkom to activate my line and for me to be able to use my WIfi. </p> <p> </p> <p>I keep following up with Telkom (coz they never give you feedback) and find out that there is no ADSL or LTE coverage in my area! The least they could have done is inform me about this before I had taken out the contract, all Telkom does is make empty promises and every time i log onto Hello Peter, I have a complaint abut Telkom!!! You seriously need to work on customer service and informing your customers of such issues before they take out the contract!</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent through the cancellation document with my ID and a get an automatic response stating that it will take 21 working days for my application to cancl to be processed. I am not paying for the services as I was not even able to use it!</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is rumored to be a terrible company to deal with an this is another example that confirms it. They never inform you about things like this and whenever you call thier contact centre, the consultants are rude and seem as if they are not in the mood to help you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Telkom for chasing yet another customer away!!!!!!</p>
