I app**** for an ADSL line through Telkom at the end of June. They had a promotion on, that with the 10 MB/s adsl line, you will receive a FREE Explora Decoder. I haven't received that decoder up until now and after hundreds of phone calls, no response. One call centre agent even told me to go to DSTV with my ID book and they will issue me a Explora. DSTV laughed at me. I am fed up with dealing with *********** people at the Telkom call centre. Hopefully, I will receive my FREE Explora decoder for a christmas present, from my initial date of middle July.
