Lies, Lies and more Lies

Why do you respond to complaints with cut and paste responses? You have a standard 'will contact you' but nothing ever happens. Do you not wonder why you have a complaint rate of over 90%!!! and just about no turnovers?<br> <br> I want my service cancelled and my money returned as per the cancellation request I have now send 5 times. I will be sending it for the 6th time today. You will then promptly respond to this complaint and do nothing and that will be the end of that. Hellopeter should start flagging companies who respond but does nothing as companies who don't give a sh*t. And you are at the top of the list.
